Abstract
This is a French version. The present study features a conversation between two graduates who meet at an international job dating in Paris. This is the occasion for them to discuss the commercial offer that Netflix proposes to French viewers: a low price for a rich content of TV series and films. But this is also the moment to evoke the human resources (HR) policy put in place by Netflix. Under the 'treat them as adults' principle, the company offers attractive job and severance packaging but very little guarantees like training and competency training. While this type of philosophy has a great appeal to one of the candidates, the other one seems to be reluctant to it. The question is then, will this candidate accept the irresistible deal that Netflix has for him?
