Abstract

The London Economic Development Corporation was formed to help attract, grow and retain businesses to the community. The organization conducted a survey questionnaire to assess the needs of local information technology companies. The questionnaire included a mix of open- and closed-ended questions, as well as questions involving rank-ordering of responses.
