Abstract
The London Economic Development Corporation was formed to help attract, grow and retain businesses to the community. The organization conducted a survey questionnaire to assess the needs of local information technology companies. The questionnaire included a mix of open- and closed-ended questions, as well as questions involving rank-ordering of responses. The survey questions dealt with recruiting practices, reasons for locating in the city, use of the London Economic Development Corporation services, and other issues. The head consultant of the project must analyse the data and provide a recommendation to the Information Technology Advisory Council.
