Askari Apparel is a Business Unit of Army Welfare Trust Group Pakistan dealing in stitching, manufacturing and supplying readymade garments for different traits, for domestic as well as globally. It has been observed that the company is giving loss to the organization and is unable to fulfill the customer needs and orders on time. Thus the company’s business processes are needed to be redesigned to achieve efficiency.
