Abstract
For success and sustainable growth an organization must have a motivated workforce. Productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, innovation and creativity are all dependent on the commitment of the human capital. For success in a highly competitive environment an organization seeks to retain experience, skills and talent. The case presented in the following sections is a teaching case which can be used for discussing talent management and employee engagement in courses like human resource management, human resource development, and organizational change and development etc to business administration and management students.
