Abstract
The assistant supervisor of a large asset management company is trying to figure out why the senior vice-president has criticized her handling of the recent sexual harassment situation. She thought she had resolved the issue satisfactorily following company policy. She questioned how she was managing her team and whether the situation could have been prevented.
