Abstract

An executive director of a student initiative to teach management fundamentals in several states of the former Soviet Union and in Russia and her colleague were being driven by a student to a party. The executive director clearly saw a gun in the inside pocket of the driver''s jacket, and she has emotional concerns about her personal safety and safety of others. She is not certain if or how she should act on her fears.
