Abstract

The local chapter of AIESEC Western has undergone dramatic changes in order to improve its overall performance. A number of projects have been tested at AIESEC Western: a team structure has been implemented and a special task force has been created to help with the changes. AIESEC Western''s president faces new challenges: handing over the responsibility for running AIESEC Western to the new executives, and dealing with interpersonal issues.
