Abstract
The Reconstructed Living Labs (RLabs) is a hybrid social venture that uses technology to rehabilitate, educate, and re-integrate recovering drug addicts, ex-gang members, single mothers and youth in the Bridgetown community. The case examines the choices that helped RLabs create and sustain a significant amount of innovation and growth within economically and socially disadvantaged communities in 22 countries without placing further strain on the organisation's limited resources.
