Abstract
MansukhBhai Prajapati has developed a series of innovative products which are made of clay and have a unique market. His company has been growing at a rate of 15-20% year-on-year but there are certain problems which he is facing and that he wants to address. He wants to modify the product line along with margins for Dealer and Distributor as slow moving moving products, though giving him margin is consuming his production time which would otherwise be used for making fast moving products. He has been successful in growing the company solely on the basis of word of mouth but as the competition is growing in the tapped as well as un tapped market, he wants to evaluate the probability of success in venturing out in untapped market as well as using advertising and promotions so as to increase brand awareness and sales but is facing limited production capacity in catering to the unprecedented demand.
