Abstract
The general manager of a real estate organization must decide if she should stay or leave the company. Nine months after arriving at the company she was able to implement some badly needed changes. However, she also encountered numerous challenges and frustrations, which led her to consider resigning. If she stays, she needs to devise a strategy on how best to manage the chairman, her only direct superior, who was the source of much of her frustration. If she decides to leave, she knows she needs to do so in a manner that would maintain positive relations with the chairman, and the others with whom she has worked.
