The case describes the implementation and lack of member acceptance of virtually-led classes at a moderate sized fitness facility. The primary issue of the case is the lack of user acceptance and the steps that can be taken now to turn a struggling investment around and eventually into a competitive advantage. Students should have an introductory level understanding of business strategy, marketing, and general business issues. The case is primarily designed for junior or senior-level undergraduate students majoring in marketing or management and has a difficulty level of three or higher.
