Abstract
An employee has been appointed to lead the development of a company strategy. In developing this strategy, he must consider how to distinguish the firm from the competition and how to build the firm''s brand name and reputation. Also under consideration are strategies for developing business from both current and new clients. In the pursuit of these goals, he must be sensitive to both the desires of his partners, the recruitment and development of new consultants, and the parent firm''s agenda and resources.
