Abstract
It was July 1994, the founder of International Information Ltd., was back in his hometown of Bogota, Colombia, following his first year of MBA studies at the Western Business School in Canada. He spent his first three days back on the job reviewing the company''s operation and listening to key employees. He was surprised and disturbed by what he found: declining sales, weakening financial health, and a number of key people poised to leave the company.
