Abstract
The quality co-ordinator of Ontario Hydro''s Western Region was reviewing the company''s Service Quality Improvement initiative and contemplating its future. Although the program had achieved some tangible results, some issues had also arisen. The corporation''s financial position clouded the situation. Students have to analyse the SQI''s progress to date and determine what the quality coordinator should do to improve performance.
