Abstract
This case attempts to highlight important management issues and implementation of the solutions to it. Firstly, the paper endeavors to identify the underlying causes of organizational politics and propagandas cooked against the hardworking employees by their co-workers. Then, it tries to unravel the emotional decisions and biases developed by the boss of the company (Media Communications Pvt Ltd - an advertising company) while dealing with their staff members. Secondly, the sensitivity of job socialization with other colleagues and boss needs to be identified because the fact that gossips get reported is very threatening. In the end, it is explained that the coordination between team and leader is sensitive and should be dealt with confidentiality and with a transparent level of understanding. The learning objective of this case is to make students practice the handling of conflicts, leadership management and impact of personal relations on professional life.
