Abstract
This is part of a case series. In March-2019 Rajni, Ritu and Renu, MBA students from a leading Indian Business School based out of the National Capital Region (NCR), revisited the HCL Technologies (HCLT) Mode 1-2-3 strategy. Ritu and Renu, two MBA students from the same Business School had earlier chosen to prepare a case report on HCLT for their Mergers and Acquisition course, in mid-March 2018. Now Rajni, wanted to evaluate on certain key parameters whether the strategy was a success or not? He gathered information regarding the financial results of HCLT. He also read articles, write-ups from all published sources regarding what the industry experts opined about the recent performance of HCLT. Rajni needed to assimilate all this information for the purpose of a follow up study on HCLT.
