The owner/operator of four Goodtimes RoadHouse restaurants was having another crazy day. His meetings this morning with his banker, lawyer, and accountant made him realize he must act quickly to reduce costs in order to survive the recession. Goodtimes RoadHouses were well known for quality food, prompt service and reasonable prices. Mark wondered how he could reduce costs without sacrificing any of these.
