Abstract
A summer student working for a communications company wonders about her reaction to a situation of sexual discrimination from her immediate boss. In the beginning, she wonders how she should deal with the situation and in the end, her decision is to do nothing. It is this reaction which puzzles and bothers her the most as she wonders why she finds it difficult to be more assertive in handling the situation. In this supplement to the (A) case 9A89C016, Jill answers some of these questions for herself by looking within herself, as well as researching the changing roles of women in management.
