Abstract
The vice-president of human resources must decide how to handle the next phase of the creed implementation. After eighteen months during which the corporate creed was introduced through a series of task forces, he has only five months left before the scheduled completion date. He wants to ensure that the creed continues to influence the way the company is run in the future and that top management continues to demonstrate their commitment to the creed. He realizes that the introduction process must be supported by some concrete follow-up procedures if it is to be successful; otherwise, the number of skeptics (currently very low) will increase. This case is a continuation of the (A) case of the same name, case 9A86C049.
