Abstract
P W Limited is a small children''s clothing manufacturer. The owner and manager who started the company in 1953. Due to her loyal staff and customers, the company has been successful but is now faced with several production and marketing problems. Her family must decide whether to sell the company, and for how much, or to keep the company in the family. The case is intended for use in the first class of the general management section of Introductory Business. It is designed to introduce valuation and the areas of analysis in this section of the course.
