Abstract
Team Axe is the French market leader in motorcycle and scooter accessories and equipment. For the past six years, this company has been growing rapidly, driven by a market where the use of two-wheelers has become omnipresent in urban travel. The company has opened five points of sale and has had an e-commerce site open to the general public for two years. Given the increasing use of mobile phones, the general management wants to implement a mobile strategy: with the explosion of the Internet, the increase in the rate of mobile equipment for French people, the improvement of the speed of data circulation and now the arrival of 5G allowing very high mobile broadband, the company must review its digital strategy and find solutions that combine e-commerce and e-Mobile.
