Abstract
The president of a construction company must deal with complaints arising as a result of incomplete work. He has just received a call from External Affairs complaining about the incomplete project and he realizes that his reputation is at stake. For years, he has worked hard to develop contacts with the government (60 per cent of the company''s sales are to this government) and at present, he is trying to secure a big contract funded by a governmental agency. However, the success of his bid may be negatively impacted by the problems overseas.
