Abstract
The Cleveland Browns have been the most consistently bad team in NFL football since 1999. The case covers the strategic, management, and systematic failures made by Brown's owner Jimmy Haslam during his ownership and walks through the strategic blunders the Browns have made that force them in the bottom of the league rankings year after year. The recent changes to the internal organization of the Browns have made them an interesting team to study from a strategic perspective, and their new coach, GM, and management may be the people who bring the Browns back to relevance in the NFL.
