Abstract
Mr Prabir Pradhan, the chief marketing officer of Shero India Pvt Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Shero Inc USA, was slated to develop a new carpet shampooing machine, which he had planned to launch in Indian market in middle 2019. Thus far, Shero had only manufactured and sold vacuum cleaners in India. Pradhan had to decide on the attributes of the new product using conjoint analysis. Pradhan, along with his product manager Sarah Banerjee, had to finalise the details of the conjoint design.
