Abstract
This case deals with a fictional Artificial Intelligence firm called CyberSecurity First that provides Cybersecurity solutions to clients all over the world. CyberSecurity First have an internal communication workplace tool that is not regulated. An employee has posted an unflattering photo of another employee on this internal communication tool. This incident raises questions about the right to privacy, attitudes to social media in the workplace and having a social media policy in the workplace that clearly states what employees can and cannot do on Social Media.
