Abstract
RAK Ceramics is one of the largest ceramics brands in the world, specializing in ceramic and gres porcelain wall and floor tiles, tableware, sanitary ware and faucets. Founded in 1989, it serves clients in more than 150 countries through operational hubs in Europe, Middle East and North Africa, Asia, North and South America and Australia. It is a publically listed company on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) in the United Arab Emirates. This case intends to give an insight into the mechanism of time series analysis of financial statements. This case gives an opportunity to have a hands-on experience in the calculations of different ratios, and to make inferences based on the ratios.
