Abstract
ABC Ltd was facing the problem of employees leaving the organization in the last few years and the attrition rate was also increasing over the years. The HR analyst of the organization was given the task to examine employee turnover and various reasons for such occurrence. The analyst collected employee data and used Tableau software to carry out data visualization. Data visualization was adopted for data pattern identification and also to understand any relationship among the variables. This case fits to any undergraduate, post-graduate or executive program where human resource related issues related to employee turnover are discussed. It also fits to data visualization program that appreciates the power of visuals for making business decisions.
