Abstract

Charlie Braun loves solving problems for customers and providing opportunities for upward mobility for employees in rust belt America. But when two employees get into a scrape with the law in the summer of 2020, he struggles to fulfll the plea for help from one employee. Charlie has programs in place for supporting employees, and prior experience tells him that he can't rescue employees from poverty.
