Abstract
SVK University is one of the leading Universities in the world. It was established in 1901 at Delhi, India. SVK University believes that they have the opportunity and responsibility to nurture wholesome development, to prepare for life in this dynamic environment. The university is presently facing a critical challenge that different departments are not performing well. In this case, Dr Joy, Head of Examination, is faced with a malpractice case. The university is finding it tough to cope up with these multidimensional issues that are having adverse impact for the university. This case will help students to understand the evolution in management theory from classical to neoclassical theory, and also guide them to apply management principles in the decision-making process.
