Abstract
This is a Spanish version. Royo Group is a company that manufactures and sells bathroom furniture. In 2010, after the generational change in the leadership of the company, the implementation of lean management at an industrial level was decided to improve competitiveness, both in terms of quality, service and cost. Initially, the implementation is not very successful, because the improvements achieved are not consolidated. However, in 2012 the course, the approach to the implementation was corrected and the company began a phase of sustained improvement that continues to the present day.
