Abstract
This is a Spanish version. The case discusses the evolution of the Kiluva Group of companies from 1986 to 2003. In particular, the case focuses on how the entrepreneur Felix Revuelta, developed the business model for franchising the Naturhouse concept of outlets for dietary food supplements. The firm experiences explosive growth, especially between 1997 and 2003, and Revuelta faces several challenges in taking the firm from 35 million euros in revenues to over 100 million euros over the next five years.
