Abstract
In 2021, e-Commerce giant Flipkart had partnered with infrastructure giant Adani Group aiming at setting up a data centre and a fulfilment centre in Chennai and Mumbai respectively. As the e-commerce company claimed, it would work with 'Adani Logistics Ltd', - a subsidiary of 'Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd' - which was known to offer end-to-end logistics services. The tie-up was hoped to strengthen Flipkart's supply chain besides serving its growing customer base. However, it was having other giants like Amazon and Reliance Industries as strong competitors. Could Flipkart outdo other giants in the fray by riding on its logistics pact with the Adani Group?
