Abstract
This is a Turkish version. In May 2009, Cimsan, one of the largest cement producers in Turkey, was invited to join a big IT services outsourcing project organised by one of its major shareholders. Previous Cimsan IT service audits had reported risks and issues that required action. Therefore, Cimsan saw the offer as an opportunity and joined the project. Cimsan's IT Manager was assigned as the project manager.
