Abstract
Domino's Pizza (Domino's) founded in 1960, was the largest pizza company involved in both delivery and carryout pizza. Over the years, Domino's understood the importance of brand image and adopted new unified, tech-forward vision to build world-class native and iOS mobile clients. The company made massive technology investments to deliver outstanding e-Commerce experience. Domino's came up with various marketing and innovation investments like mobile ordering platform, Domino's Anyware technology, etc. Despite various prospects, Domino's struggled with rising food input costs and high labour costs in the industry. This ultimately increased the food basket costs of Domino's, making its pizza more expensive, Richard Allison, the CEO of Domino's put in his best efforts to strengthen the pizza chain by focused innovation, multi-channel delivery networks and digitisation. Amidst this scenario, would the digital transformation efforts put in by Domino's lead it to sustained growth?
