Abstract
TechEd for Refugees is an NGO in Lebanon that trains refugees to become qualified in IT. Training is accomplished both on-site and remotely through local, and international companies and individual volunteers. TechEd for Refugees have no resources to work on their digital communications and are therefore in need of building and putting in place a strategy.
