Abstract
With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, remote workplaces emerged as the new normal. The relationship between people and their work changed drastically with many donning caregiver roles along with work commitments. This led to the evolution of people centric employee value proposition (EVP) for creating a conducive work environment, keeping employees motivated and retaining talent. Organisations across the globe have introduced and modified their policies catering to employee needs to build and nurture a culture of support and care from within. Can organisations succeed in attracting and retaining best talent by reinventing EVP?
