Abstract
Time management is a set of principles, practices, skills, tools, and systems working together to help us get more value out of our time with the aim of improving the quality of our lives. Time management means working efficiently, and employers in every industry look for staff that can make optimal use of the time available to them on the job. Saving time saves the organization money and increases revenue. Effective time management requires staff to analyze their workload, assign priorities, and maintain focus on productive endeavors. This case study provides the students with an understanding of the benefits of time management, the main steps and tips to better time management, and some tools to help you as a manager be more productive.
