Abstract
'Workplace Romance - Sweet Dreams or Demise of Happiness' is the story of a girl named Hoorab who belongs to a wealthy family. Her parents tried to provide every luxury of life, but in the process, they neglected her. Due to their busy schedule, they could not give their daughter love and time, which created feelings of negligence in Hoorab. She was charming and possessed a degree in mass communication. After graduation, she joined a modeling agency named 'Models Hub.' Her performance in modeling was excellent, but she still could not get fame. She wanted to gain fame at any cost. She was under the supervision of Atif, who had a reputation in the industry for promoting talent. They came closer to each other, and in the meantime, they established a physical relationship. Later on, due to some events, she had to obtain an abortion. The question was, 'Who would be held responsible for the effect of workplace romance on employees - the organizational climate or the employees themselves?'
