Abstract
DigiMark is an Indian startup firm offering website designing and digital marketing services. The firm is in first quarter of its operation looking for additional funds required to finance computer machines and software. However, not having enough clarity on accounting terminology, the owner is not able to prepare its financial statements and is not having clarity on its profit position and cash potion. Thus, to get a clear view of firm's financial performance in first quarter of its operations, the promoter wants assistance in preparation of financial statements and understand accounting terminology.
