Abstract
Milk Mantra, the first Indian VC-backed new-age dairy food company, created in 2009, has disrupted the milk market and has become one of the leading players in Odisha. The company's purpose has been to pursue 'nourishing a pure and healthy life' for customers and to be responsible to its farmers from its inception. Srikumar, the founder and CEO, and Rashima, the cofounder, believe that Milk Mantra has reached the phases where it is ready to scale and is hopeful of finding a proper way to scale without drifting away from the mission that motivated them to create Milk Mantra.
