Abstract
This is a French version. This case discusses how adidas has embraced the issue of sustainability over the past few decades, focusing on their effort on products: sneakers produced using recycled materials, redesigning existing products in line with new standards, new products being launched as part of special ranges (such as PrimeGreen and Prime Blue) or in partnership with other companies (Parley x adidas). This case illustrates the complexity, for a global company with a wide array of products and a massive turnover, of applying a sustainable approach to all dimensions of its operations.
