Abstract
This is part of a case series. Juan Raga, North Manager of MUSITAS SA, is thinking about what to do about the job offer he has just received from Robert Hal, CEO in Spain of a multinational logistics company (ABAZABA Company Limited). He had recently completed a professional development seminar, which had allowed him to realize that, probably, he was not motivated enough to continue in his current organization. He wished to work in a more human and professional environment than the one he was working in his current family company, in which having a good relationship with the owner's family was more important than good management. Nonetheless, he was gripped by doubts. Financial conditions, despite being better, did not concern him. He was concerned about finding a better work environment and, above all, anticipating how the change could affect his family because they would have to move to another city. He thought about next Christmas with both his wife and him in different jobs, his children about to go to a new school and meeting new friends, with his parents presumably alone, with so many disadvantages...
