Abstract
Jack & Jones began back in 1990. Bestseller, its parent company has 11 brands under its belt with addition of a newly launched brand: Only & Sons. India has 5 of bestseller brands with more than three hundred stores which are factory outlet. All these are owned by Bestseller India Pvt Ltd with headquarters in Mumbai. These factory outlets were divided into three categories bases on chains through which they are sold: MBO's that is Multi Brand Outlets; EBO's that is Exclusive Brand Outlets and online outlets. They have SIS's (Shops in shops) in malls like Central and Lifestyles, where their brand counters are managed by another segment of the company. This case discusses the retail management framework for Jack & Jones which would eventually guide the retailers in designing a competitive retail strategy whenever required.
