This case study examines the human resources (HR) challenges faced by organizations in managing gig workers. Gig workers, also known as independent contractors or freelancers, have become an integral part of the modern workforce. However, their unique work arrangements present distinctive HR issues that need to be addressed effectively to ensure a positive working relationship.
