The GAS team was wondering whether it had taken the correct decision regarding distribution and logistics. It contemplated the layout decision for better penetration in the Indian market. The GAS team had to consolidate its position regarding its supply chain efficiencies and implement concrete decisions related to its store layout spread across various locations.
