Abstract
A comprehensive review, covering a full range of issues in finance and management. Dice is a small cap company with great potential in the right economic environment, but unsuccessful in reaching profitability. Scott Melland, President and Chief Executive Officer, must decide on the best strategic alternative for Dice, given the historical, financial, and other important information leading up to the end of 2002.
