Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Intelligence (HI) were the two fields which had become increasingly relevant in the day-to-day life. AI encompassed technologies like cognitive computing, machine learning and image recognition while HI was an attribute of the human mind involving smartness, understanding, brain power, reasoning and wisdom. Meanwhile, machines had the facets of natural language processing for voice and text recognition enabling them to comprehend and manoeuvre human languages. Though AI surpassed HI in specific aspects, it could not substitute the cognitive abilities of HI. However, it had a beneficial impact on the economy by making businesses efficient and more productive. While AI continued to make rapid inroads into the workforce, it was unlikely to take over all human jobs. In effect, humans were adapting to work with AI to scale business operations. However, to optimise the benefits of intelligence it was essential to harmonise AI and HI. Besides, it was vital to consider that all technically enabled business efforts were human centric aimed at both human and digital transformation. Would harnessing the AI and HI strengths together unlock extraordinary possibilities for creating a unified future?
