Abstract
This case describes the history of ACESUR, a company dedicated, since 1840, to the production, bottling and marketing of olive oil, as well as a long tradition in the vegetable oil sector. An experience that has consolidated it as a leader in the olive and sunflower oil sector in Spain, with exports to nearly one hundred countries around the world. In 2018, faced with the volatility of the price of the raw material and the requirements of the customers, the members of the Board of Directors will meet to see which path to take among various alternatives.
