Abstract
This is a Spanish version. The case is about a family microenterprise: Mielpura. After more than five years of running their business and continuously growing in the production and sale of three types of honey, other hive-derived products, and offering pollination services, the owner felt that their sales had plateaued. He wanted to find alternatives to primarily boost the sales of one of their most demanded products: mesquite honey. Loreto Rodríguez took on the task of gathering information about the competition through their distributors, which he would analyze to identify growth alternatives for the 2022 sales. The objective is for the student to carry out this analysis using management tools to formulate strategies.
