Abstract
Getlink, a key player in mobility infrastructures and international transport regrouping Eurotunnel, Europorte, ElecLink, and CIFFCO, seeks to operate its business and improve its performance with a perspective of corporate social responsibility. In 2021, Getlink's CEO Yann Leriche was contacted by the French think tank Institut Montaigne to preside over a committee in charge of writing a report on internal carbon pricing. In January 2023, Yann Leriche meets with Géraldine Périchon, Chief Financial Officer, and Vincent Ducros, Group Environment Director, to discuss the opportunity for Getlink to use an internal carbon price (hereafter ICP) for Getlink's operations. At the end of the case, participants are asked to formulate a recommendation on whether and how Getlink should introduce an ICP as a tool for corporate climate action.
